All information collected by this site and Blackhawk Marine Services Inc. is held in strict confidence, and will never be released to anyone.
We're human and by chance there's a "mistake on our part", Blackhawk will schedule pickup of the wrong product at our expense and ship you the proper product. You will be charged for the replacement item and then credited when the picked up item is received. Immediate notification is required upon receiving the replacement order.
Damaged goods from shipping, it occasionally happens. You must note it when you accept delivery. It is important to inspect your shipment for hidden damage. The damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and Blackhawk. To help you with your freight claim, make sure any obvious damage is recorded.
Cancellation of orders and returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to freight, and must have prior written approval. The shipped item must be undamaged and still unopened. There are no returns of any kind if the package has been opened. Returns requests must be initiated with in 48 hours of your receipt of freight, and the product must be in our hands by the 8th day after freight receipt. Freight will be payed by you for cancellations and returns!
Warranties are provided by each manufacturer starting at one year and work their way up depending on the series. Additional protection is available to those that request it at an additional charge. Product will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer as per their warranty schedule. Warranty service maybe obtained from your local dealer or from Blackhawk Marine Service Inc.
In the event of a typo, price change, or specification change. We reserve the right to cancel the order. Our prices are our word and we will not change them with out notifying you first.
Actual delivery times are out of Blackhawks control. In the light of September 11th, and the new cargo guidelines it would be impossible for us to predict delivery dates. All we can do is tell you what the shipper advises. In the case of overnight / Saturday deliveries / priority shipping we will refund shipping cost to you, per the carriers guidelines. Please note that these guidelines apply to time in transit only!
